The kids had their first day of school yesterday and they were amazing. I was bracing myself for a massive meltdown from Blake, but when we got to school he bravely lined up and followed his teacher into his classroom. He is now in full day kindergarten and although he was very excited to eat lunch at school he said it was a very LONG day. Matt and I borrowed a car and went to look at a house yesterday - an old farmhouse that was surprisingly big. Hopefully we can buy a car within the next few days so we can get more serious with the house hunting. The internet hasn't been working for the past few days so that makes things more difficult - and that's why we haven't been answering emails lately.
Today Amy and I are sick with the flu (not the vomiting kind thank goodness, just the fever and cough kind) and Cade appears to have another ear infection. Matt started his first day of work today and was gone before we got up. Blake decided this morning that he hates his new school and whined the whole 10 minute walk to school. He finally went, despite the tears. I'm very proud of him.
So sorry, nothing exciting to report. I'm getting very impatient to actually get out and do something fun.

Good Job Blake!!! You're so cool!!! And of course Amy and Cade too, also.
Your buying a car? I thought you were having yours shipped over? What's wrong with your minivan? It's not like the steering wheels on the wrong side or anything like that!
I have to tell you how cool I felt to have Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire show up on my live traffic feed. that's cool =O
I'm in Boston this week taking a class on some new, exciting software I will use to do my qualitative research and the instructor is from London--but she hasn't heard of Muhlsworth or however you spell it. So sad you are all sick! I hope you can get out and see some fun stuff soon, England is sooo fun!
