Here's to our friend who is soon to be wed,
May the double-hitch turn out no botch,
And always the picture he hides in his heart,
Be the same he has stuck in his watch.
Squash and my mom showing as much affection as if they just sealed a business deal.
Here is a shot of the nieces in their matching dresses before the wedding.
Here is a shot of all the brothers and sisters. Notice how I am not the shortest one in the family.
My dad and mom and Kristy and Squash.
Amy Lou was tired after temperatures were over 100 degrees here.
Lastly, it fell upon my brothers and I to decorate the car. We used everything a Conoco in Salem, Utah had to offer. We soon realized whipped cream and 100 degree temperatures don't mix as the words ended up as just a white smudge. Luckily the donuts and toothpaste stayed put.
It was a ton of fun to be with my whole family. We just wish Jen and our boys could have come. I was so excited I couldn't stop hugging people. Especially Kristy. I think I hugged her 4 or 5 times. And if she is reading this blog, that is just the beginning. Since I am now European I am going to insist on the double cheek kiss now each time we see each other.

So tonight when Blake was saying the dinner prayer, without any coaching from me, he said "we thank Thee for our new Aunt."
Awwwww.
Welcome to the family Kristy! After 10 years I am no longer the only daughter-in-law!
I'm the only daughter in law in my family too, until Tenn gets married. Maybe in the next couple of years I'll have someone on my side against 7 sister in laws. And Amy's hair looks so grown up straight.
And the answer is yes, my mom has joined the Black Panthers as evidenced in the picture with Josh
Should have stopped in Bozeman while you were in the states. You totally missed out. Have fun in England
We did almost die on the drive home because of those car decorations but it was worth it. Thanks for coming all the way to Utah brother!
